Does rubbing the shampoo into your scalp help stimulate hair growth and thus help avoid baldness?

Which is the best shampoo to use for short/medium length quite thick and wavy male hair (think Cristiano Ronaldo) and is there anything I can do to avoid baldness in later life? How often should you shampoo or condition your hair?Does rubbing the shampoo into your scalp help stimulate hair growth and thus help avoid baldness?
the best shampoo is sumthing that does not contain much chemicals called '; meld '; shampoo ..

when taking a shower , rudding the shampoo on ur hair in a circular motion helps stimulating hair growth , so yea it can prevent baldness ...

u shud wash ur hair every 3 to 4 days , and condition regularly ..Does rubbing the shampoo into your scalp help stimulate hair growth and thus help avoid baldness?
It's massage that helps stimulate hair growth, not specifically rubbing shampoo into your hair - which if you just rub rather than massage in circular motions can break your hair and damage your scalp. Massage won鈥檛 really do much for baldness as it is genetic, it will help prevent baldness from occurring sooner than it should by helping keep up circulation and stimulating growth, but won鈥檛 stop it all together. Doctors are best if you are significantly starting to loose your hair.

I'm a strong advocate for head massage as it does help with growth and quality of hair, mix together 2 drops basil essential oil, 2 drops rosemary essential oil and 10ml of avocado oil, pop it in a little dark glass bottle then when ready to use it heat the bottle up in a bowl of warm water. Before washing your hair massage this mix into your scalp in small, gentle circular motions and leave for 30 minutes 鈥?it's easy to do and will help, it's worth trying for the hair loss and will improve your hairs health in general. For more general ways to prevent hair look at stress, if you do suffer from stress address that and try to avoid stressful situations or plan ahead to be able to deal with them better. As a note B-vitamins are helpful for dealing with stress. Diet is a big factor, specifically a sudden drop in iron or too much vitamin A. For healthy hair keep a healthy diet with a lot of protein-rich foods such as fish, chicken, dairy, pulses and nuts 鈥?multivitamins can be helpful, so too can flaxseed oil.

As for shampoo and conditioner, the fact is it鈥檚 never good to use shampoo as it is nothing more than perfumed detergent to clean dirt out of hair, but it's very harsh and strips natural oils that make your hair shiny, soft and strong, so your hair instead becomes dull, weak and damaged 鈥?thus why you have conditioner to replenish natural oils shampoo strips away. Many shampoos contain harmful ingredients like mineral oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate and other ingredients that can cause damage. If you stop using shampoo your hair will be much healthier, stronger, shiny, easier to manage, it won't get greasy as when using shampoo your scalp overcompensates by creating more oils to replace what shampoo stripped away thus causing greasyness. You still wash your hair but instead of shampoo use one tablespoon baking soda to one cup of warm water, apply to your roots working it in and let it sit for a minute, this stimulates blood flow, cleans pores and gets off built-up grime, then rinse with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to one cup water, let it sit for a minute and then rinse out. Seriously, don't be scared to try this, it greatly improve hair and help stimulate growth. If you do continue using shampoo try doing it every other day, washing daily will strip more oils, leaving at least a day between washes gives your hair a chance to fight back.
